Ordering

1. How do I order from Little Ivory Weddings?

-Simply contact us via our contact form here or email littleivoryweddings@gmail.com to enquire.

  • We will get to know the type of order you are looking for
  • We will then send you a pricing form based on your enquiry
  • Once you are happy to go ahead, we will send you a deposit form to confirm the order.
  • Deposits are 33.3% of the total order
  • We will then get to work on your first draft!

 

 

2. How long will it take to receive my wedding stationery?

Guide timeline for Ready-Made Wedding Stationery

  • 1-2 working days for 1st Draft
  • 1-2 working days for any subsequent edits or changes until design is signed off
  • Your order is then sent to print
  • 3-4 working days for printing & finishing
  • 3-4 working days for standard delivery to Ireland

We do not offer collection. We are an online business only and operate nationwide delivering high quality wedding stationery all over Ireland. 

 

Guide timeline for Custom Wedding Stationery

  • 2-3 working days for 1st draft
  • 1-2 working days per edit or revisions (this part of the process varies from client to client depending on time between emails, amount of design work needed, changes to be made etc)
  • Once the design is signed of it is sent to print
  • 3-4 working days for printing & finishing
  • 3-4 working days for standard deliver to Ireland

 

 

3. I left ordering my wedding stationery very late, can you do a rush order?

Contact us via littleivoryweddings@gmail.com and let us know your deadline. There are ways that we can speed up the process under certain circumstances. If you are ordering one of our ready-made wedding invitations, this will speed up the process. We can also offer Express postage for an additional fee to get it to you quicker.

 

 

4. Can I order a sample of your ready-made wedding invitations?

Yes, simply contact us via our online form or littleivoryweddings@gmail.com and we will send you out a sample pack. This will have a selection of our designs and card stocks so you can see for yourself the quality of the printing and lovely card that we print on.

 

 

5. Do you offer packages or discounts for large orders?

All of our prices can be viewed on our pricing page here. However, depending on your requirements, if you have a very large order with a full suite of stationery, we can assess your order and see if there are any discounts we can offer you. We do not have specific packages per se, as we get so many different types of wedding stationery order. But, drop us an email and we can let you know what we can do based on your enquiry.

 

 

6. What if I want to order from Little Ivory but it doesn’t fit into my budget?

Drop us an email at littleivoryweddings@gmail.com or via our online contact form and let us know your budget limits. We can assess what you’re looking for and see if we can do anything to fit within your budget.

Payment & Delivery

1. What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via bank transfer or cheque via post. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to accept credit/debit cards.

 

 

2.Why do I need to pay a deposit?

We ask for a 33.3% deposit to confirm all orders. This ensures that the order is booked in and we can trust that any work that we lovingly do is accounted for.

 

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can decide to cancel your order at any time before going to print. However, any deposits paid are non-refundable. Please see below for further information

 

  • For custom wedding stationery, the deposit is non-refundable once any custom design work has been done. However, depending on the amount of work done, we will be fair and review the cancellation. We may offer a part-refund if there was little work done before the cancellation. This decision is at Little Ivory’s discretion.

 

  • For Ready-Made wedding stationery, if you cancel your order before any work has been done or any drafts have been sent, we will review your cancellation and may be able to offer a refund.

 

 

4. Can I return an order?

No, we do not accept returns on any wedding stationery, as all orders are personalized. If you are unhappy with your order upon receiving them, please let us know as soon as possible. We can see what we can do from there.

 

 

5. How much is delivery?

We use An Post for all our deliveries.

  • Standard P&P to Ireland  (3-4 working days): €15
  • Registered P&P to Ireland (2-4 working days): €20
  • Express P&P to Ireland (1-2 working days): €25

 

These are based on standard packages of up to 2.5 kg. If you are ordering a very large amount of stationery, additional fee to the delivery charge may apply.

Cardstock & Printing

1. How are your wedding invitations printed?

We use an external printer from Northern Ireland for all our printing. All of our wedding stationery is digitally printed by professional-grade printers.

 

 

2. What card stock do you use?

Choose between our Premium or Luxury card stocks for your wedding stationery.

 

Premium Card Stock

This is our standard card stock that we price for. It is a gorgeous and heavy matt white uncoated card with a weight of 350gsm. All of our designs look great on this bright card!

 

 

Luxury Card Stocks

  1. Mohawk Felt 300gsm : A felt marked paper and board with a warm white (light cream) shade.
  2. Acquerello Avorio 280gsm:  A high quality ivory coloured paper and board with a linear felt mark finish on both sides.
  3. Laid 300gsm: A premium off-white shade uncoated paper and board with a laid finish.Recycled Matt White 300gsm: A matt white card stock made from recycled card. This has a cool tone to it.

 

3. What size invitations do you print?

Our standard sizes are:

  • A6 (105x148mm)
  • DL (99x210mm)
  • 5×7″ or similar

 

4. Can I get a printed proof of our invitation before going to print?

If you would like to see the quality of the printing and our card stock, we can send you out a sample pack with a range of our designs. The cost of running a single print proof is quite high. But if you do wish to see your invitation before it goes to print, we can send you a print proof for a fee of €30.

Design

1. Can I change the colours on your ready-made invitations?

You sure can! All of our made-to-order wedding invitations can be customised with your own colour theme.

 

 

2. Can I change the wording on your ready-made invitations?

Yes, you can feel free to alter the wording to suit your requirements on any of our ready-made invitations. The designs you see on our website are there as a guide, so we welcome any wording changes you may need.

 

 

3. I would like a custom designed wedding invitation, but I don’t know what exactly I’m looking for.

That is no problem. All you need to do is drop us an email at littleivoryweddings@gmail.com. From there, we can work with and guide you with your invitation order. There are a few steps we would recommend to you if you’re stuck:

 

  • Do some research online – see what you like and don’t like about certain invitations
  • Think about the type of wedding you’re having, and how your design could fit in with your big day
  • Some themed keywords we come across regularly for design styles are: festival, vintage, classic, elegant, humorous, illustrated, cute, nautical, retro.
  • Pinterest: we can set up a dedicated private mood board with you where we can swap ideas

5. What if I am unhappy with the first draft of my custom design?

That is no problem – sometimes knowing what you don’t like can be just as helpful as what you do like! We can make edits and changes to your design draft and work it up. We want to make sure you are completely happy with your bespoke wedding invitation, so we have no problem making any edits to your design to get it right!

1. Are envelopes included in the price?

On our pricing page, we have included envelopes in the cost for invitations and save the dates.

2. Do you offer individual guest name printing on invitations?

No, we don’t have the facility to print individual guest names on invitations.

 

3. Do you offer individual guest address printing on RSVP envelopes?

No. We don’t have this facility here.
