To confirm your order, a 33.3% non-refundable deposit will be required. The deposit secures the price of items confirmed at the time of ordering.


You have the right to cancel the order at any stage; however the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of an order being cancelled, all work completed that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.


Your order will only be despatched when the final balance has been received and cleared.


Please note that for off-the-shelf invitations, orders usually takes between 2-4 weeks for completion.


For bespoke wedding invitations, the timeline for these can vary from 3-8 weeks depending on the type of custom design, amount of edits, response time etc.


If you are on a tight deadline however, we can sometimes accommodate a limited number of rush orders at a time. If you require a rush order (within 14 working days), let us know, we will see if we can slot you in! There is a rush order fee of €45. Rush orders only apply to off-the-shelf designs.


Any timelines given on the duration of a project are to be considered as an estimate only. I will do my best to notify you of any reason that may cause delay to the duration of your project, however I cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances.


We recommend ordering 1 invitation per household/couple plus 10-15% extra. Please note that ordering subsequent extra invitations does cost a lot more than ordering a few extra at the outset.





Our standard pricing includes plain white envelopes. For A6 cards, these are white peel and seal envelopes. For larger cards, this includes plain white gummed envelopes (you can opt for peel and seal envelopes for larger sizes where available at an extra fee)


We can also order in coloured envelopes in a large variety of colours. These can be ordered at an additional 25-35c per envelope.


Please note that coloured envelopes are specially ordered in and not kept in stock. If you wish to order samples of particular colour envelopes, there will be a nominal fee for this.



Custom Design/Illustrated Wedding Stationery


Little Ivory is the owner of all original artwork created and may display completed bespoke orders online and on social media. I will never include any personal information and will usually change the names if second names are used if they are being shown online.



Venue Illustrations:

The ownership of all custom illustrations of venues remains with Little Ivory Weddings.


Depending on where your venue is, we may already have created an illustration for that venue. So we may use a completed illustration from our bank for your wedding stationery.


If you chose a venue that has already been illustrated – the same charge applies for the illustration. This is because you are purchasing an original artwork by Little Ivory Weddings.


Custom design and illustration orders are priced including 1 x design draft and up to 3 reasonable edits. 


  • For example, for a custom portrait, I will usually send you on a preliminary sketch  to depict likeness, layout etc. I can make any edits necessary at this stage until you are happy with the overall design.
  • Once I send you the first coloured draft, this counts as your draft. 
  • Edits made to this draft are thus counted. Edits are small changes or alterations to the draft e.g., change of colour of an item, slight movement of an element. An edit can either be 1 single change or up to 4 small changes at the one time. For example, one email outlining 4 small changes would be considered 1 edit (granted they are each minor changes). As would one email outlining 1 change. Any changes or revisions beyond these reasonable edits will incur an extra fee.
  • Revisions or reworking of the draft will incur an extra fee


Please expect up to 3-5 working days between edits.


Little Ivory Weddings has the right to add further charges to any work that is required over and above the estimated work or beyond reasonable amendments.





Once your design is complete, we will email you a final print pdf for final proofing. We will also send you a print sign off form to check all details are correct.


Upon signing off for printing, Little Ivory are not responsible for any errors found on the final pdf. If you spot an error after signing off and going to print, there will be a reprinting fee charged.


It is solely the customer’s responsibility to check the digital proofs of the all wedding stationery.





Little Ivory is primarily a graphic design & illustration business. We lovingly create and design both our off-the-shelf designs as well as customised bespoke orders. We do not print in house, but order all printed goods from an external printer.


All standard pricing includes printing on gorgeous Premium Matt White 350gsm card stock. This is a fab all-rounder which is a nice bright white card, has an uncoated finish, and a card that all designs work well on. There are other options for card stocks such as gesso, off-white, ivory laid, linen finish etc. Enquire today to find out more! Please note that other card stock options do cost between 25c-35c more.


If you wish to see for yourself the print and card quality, just ask us to send you out a sample pack. These cost €5 and can be purchased via out Etsy Shop here

This will include a random selection of our designs, on the different card stock options.


We can order in hard copy print proofs of your bespoke design. This will take between 5-7 working days for printing and delivery to you. There is a minimum set up fee each time we go to print. For this reason, hard copy print proofs cost €35 per hard copy. This fee is per card. If you want to order multiple proofs on different cards, this will cost extra. €50 for 2, €65 for 3 etc.

We do recommend ordering a sample pack to get an idea of print quality before ordering if you are unsure.


While we endeavour to ensure that colours displayed on our web site are accurate, actual colours of materials may vary slightly when printed. This is due to variations between the settings of individual computer monitors.



Once you have approved your designs, please allow between 3-5 working days for printing/finishing. All efforts will be made to ensure this happens quicker, but it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the current turn-around time of the printing company.




Standard delivery of the completed wedding stationery via An Post takes 2-4 working days


Little Ivory weddings is not responsible for any loss, damaged or missing orders once shipped. 


We can also ship via Express Post if needs be and internationally – please get in touch to find out more.


As we are an online business, we do not offer a collection service. All orders are shipped via Post.




If you realise you need to order extra invitations, that’s no problem. However, please note that due to minimum print set up costs and further shipping, there will be a reprinting fee along with the cost per extra invitation ordered.


It is strongly advised to order extra invitations with your main order so you have some spare and to avoid expensive reprinting! 





All payments are due within 14 days of invoicing. Failure to pay within this allotted time will result in a late payment interest fee.





Little Ivory will under no circumstances copy the work of other designers or companies. You may send examples of styles you like and I will do my best to create something appropriate in my own style, but I will never copy another design


On the day stationery such as mass booklets, menus etc do need to be ordered in advance of your required date. We would advise ordering on-the-day stationery at least 3 weeks in advance of when you need them. Printing turnaround times vary from 3-5 working days and standard delivery is 2-4 working days.


Variable data items such as table names and name place-cards are ordered from a specialised printer. This can mean a variation in colour/card stock to your main wedding stationery. There is also an extra charge for variable data (printing individual names on each item).


To avoid unexpected extra costs, please note the following list of items/details that are charged extra:

  • luxury card stocks i.e. all other card stocks excluding our premium matt white 350gsm
  • folded/larger card sizes
  • coloured envelopes
  • peel and seal white envelopes where they do not come as standard i.e. 5×7′, A5
  • hard copy print proofs – €35 for 1. €50 for 2. €65 for 3.
  • custom design edits that are beyond reasonable amount of edits as quoted
  • variable data items come with an additional printing charge i.e. place cards, table names, guest name printing.
  • reprinting or small order cost a lot more that ordering larger numbers due to minimum print set up costs
  • split jobs e.g. ordering invitations first and ordering booklets at a later stage. This will work out more expensive than ordering all together due to shipping and printing costs.
